Hostel Koktebelica
Hostel “Koktebelica” is a private manor in the village Koktebel (in the East Crimea, Ukraine).Every year we have rest in Koktebel with our family, we also invite friends, acquaintances and we keep a small amount of tourists.
We have some houses on the territory of the hostel. There are the main building and some small houses.
The main house is a mixture of traditional Crimean and Mediterranean architectural styles. It is two-stored building in style of the Bakhchsarai palace, covered with an ancient clay tile -Tatar tiles. That building is the dwelling of owners and necessary subsidiary premises.
Right part of the main building has a flat roof-terrace, a so-called roof-deck from which the magnificent view of the sea and majestic Sjujurju mountain (Northern Kara-Dag) opens. We still need to equip and reconstract this part, but by the summer here already will be a children's room and a small gym.
There is also the kitchen-dining room in the main building. On the roof of the kitchen there is a small trailing garden. It is possible not only to cook food on the kitchen, but to spend time pleasantly and watch films or an animated cartoons on the big plasma TV (we do not cook for our guests. We just give you all kitchen appliances – pans, plates, cups etc. and modern gas cooker).
Some small houses of the unusual form settled down on the hostel territory. They do not have habitual corners and direct walls. It is simply, they are round! Yes, yes, absolutely round outside, with round walls and ceiling inside. You think that is impossible and think about great philosopher Diogen who used to live in a barrel. You can try it. You may even find a certain sacral sense in such absence of corners... But if you look for stereotypes and "European-quality repair", you can find set of other hotels and places to stay in village Koktebel.
All together, and a summer shower with the modern solar battery, "shashlik place", a place where it is possible to pitch tent and parking for your cars contain “Hostel Koktebelica”.
Living condition in Hostel “Koktebelica”
There are some separately standing small houses of different level of comfort for the guests.Small round houses were created for extreme conditions of both low and high temperatures, the considerable layer of a thermal protection allows to reach comfortable temperature indoors under any weather conditions. Therefore we named them "thermo-houses".
Each thermo-house is a separately standing structure of 9 m length and 3m width. All thermo-houses are equipped by conditioners.
All guests can use the kitchen-dining room, the automatic washing machine (for an additional payment), the summer shower and the toilet in the territory (some houses has toilet and shower inside).
It is possible to come with your pets in case of preliminary coordination and renting of the whole thermo-house.

Separately standing thermo- house with partial conveniences. There are vestibule, toilet, two isolated rooms (every room can function individually). In each room there is conditioner, TV, washstand, individual safe box. A shower is on the territory. There is a parking place for your car and a patio yard.The isolated rooms can be rented.
